The Leadership Sprint™ is a focused four-week implementation engagement that helps leaders act on diagnostic findings, strengthen communication, clarify ownership, and establish new standards that can be reinforced across the organization. The sprint is designed around the Clarity Engine™: See the Pattern → Understand the Meaning → Interrupt the Reaction → Create Better Results Week 1: See the Pattern Leadership reviews the diagnosed pattern, the evidence supporting it, and how it currently appears in daily operations. Week 2: Understand the Impact Leaders examine what the pattern costs, what may be reinforcing it, and how employees have adapted or created workarounds. Week 3: Shift the Conversation The organization replaces vague expectations and reactive conversations with clearer language, ownership, decision rights, and accountability. Week 4: Create New Standards Leadership establishes practical operating standards, reinforcement practices, and measures for tracking whether the pattern is actually changing.
