Together, they bring a rare combination of operational experience, behavioral science, and applied strategy to every engagement.
John's background as a master journeyman carpenter, ordained minister, behavioral strategist, and keynote speaker gives him a distinct ability to help organizations rebuild culture and leadership structures with clarity, integrity, and precision.
Sheridan's experience in healthcare systems, behavioral coaching, and human performance brings emotional intelligence, intuition, and depth to leadership development and team dynamics.
