Goal Setting & Action Planning: Develop SMART goals for the team and create an action plan for improvement. Conflict Resolution Strategies: Learn effective communication techniques to navigate disagreements constructively.


Cancellation Policy

J.S. Fisher Company LLC has certain policies that clients must follow regarding appointment cancellations, lateness, pre-paid sessions, and package duration. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to ensure the session starts on time. If a client is running late, they must call JS Fisher Company LLC, especially if it's an in-person session, or risk having their appointment shortened or rescheduled. For phone sessions, coaches will call within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time and will leave a message if the client is not available. If a client does not show up for a session without any notice of cancellation, they will be charged the full amount of the session. Clients must provide at least 24-hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment; otherwise, they will be charged 75% of the session cost. Pre-paid sessions must be canceled within 48 hours of payment, and a 10% processing fee or a minimum of $20 will be charged for cancellations. Packages must be used within 60 days of purchase.
