John and Sheridan are transformation leaders, relationship coaches, and the creators of The Clarity Engine™  a powerful framework designed to help people identify unconscious patterns, take control of their internal state, and create lasting change from the inside out.

Together, they bring a rare blend of lived experience, spiritual grounding, behavioral insight, and practical strategy.

John’s background as a master journeyman carpenter, ordained minister, NLP practitioner, and transformational speaker gives him a unique ability to help people rebuild their lives with structure, truth, and precision.

Sheridan’s experience in healthcare, trauma-informed coaching, mind-body work, and emotional transformation brings compassion, intuition, and deep healing into the work.

As a husband-and-wife team, John and Sheridan are passionate about helping individuals and couples move beyond survival, break old cycles, restore connection, and step into a clearer, stronger, more intentional version of themselves.
