Our structured sessions are designed to be time-limited and concise, providing a focused agenda to educate and support participants. By participating in our program, individuals can develop new ways of thinking and behaving, while also uncovering any distortions in their thinking and challenging irrational assumptions. This, in turn, helps to prevent and address behaviors that may be harmful or inappropriate. To reinforce the skills and techniques learned during the program, participants are encouraged to complete homework assignments. This practice helps individuals to actively apply what they have learned and reinforce positive behaviors in their everyday lives. Join us in the NCTI Crossroads program by JS Fisher Co. Cancellation Policy

J.S. Fisher Company LLC has certain policies that clients must follow regarding appointment cancellations, lateness, pre-paid sessions, and package duration. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to ensure the session starts on time. If a client is running late, they must call JS Fisher Company LLC, especially if it's an in-person session, or risk having their appointment shortened or rescheduled. For phone sessions, coaches will call within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time and will leave a message if the client is not available. If a client does not show up for a session without any notice of cancellation, they will be charged the full amount of the session. Clients must provide at least 24-hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment; otherwise, they will be charged 75% of the session cost. Pre-paid sessions must be canceled within 48 hours of payment, and a 10% processing fee or a minimum of $20 will be charged for cancellations. Packages must be used within 60 days of purchase.
